1. Introduction
Flyerio ApS ("Flyerio", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of individuals who use our website, applications and services.

5.7 Operator Integrations and Aircraft Availability
Flyerio may allow Operators to connect or use third-party software and services, including Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar and relevant flight-planning or aviation management software.
These integrations are used exclusively in connection with Operator accounts and operational workflows. Their purpose may include retrieving, synchronising or displaying aircraft availability and relevant scheduling information to support Operators in managing their aircraft and responding to booking requests.

7. Passenger Data and Information Provided by Other Users
Customers and Brokers may submit personal information relating to passengers or other individuals when using Flyerio.
The person submitting such information is responsible for ensuring that they are entitled to provide it and that the relevant individuals have been appropriately informed where required by applicable law.

Third-party providers may process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies and contractual arrangements.
Where a provider processes personal data on behalf of Flyerio, we seek to ensure that appropriate contractual and data protection arrangements are in place.
Where a provider processes personal data as an independent controller, its own privacy policy and terms may apply.
11. Disclosure of Personal Data
Flyerio may disclose personal data to third parties where necessary for the operation of the platform, the fulfilment of bookings or compliance with legal obligations.

Where an Operator or other third party receives personal data, that party may process it independently for its own operational, contractual or legal purposes.
12. International Transfers of Personal Data
Flyerio is established in Denmark and operates internationally.
Some of the third-party providers and services used in connection with the platform may process or store personal data outside Denmark or the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, Flyerio will take appropriate steps to ensure that the transfer complies with applicable data protection legislation.
Depending on the circumstances, safeguards may include:
- An adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission
- Other appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable data protection legislation
Information about relevant safeguards may be requested by contacting hello@flyerio.com.
13. Data Retention
Flyerio retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed, in accordance with the storage limitation principle under Article 5(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
13.1 Inactive Accounts
Where a user account has remained inactive for three (3) consecutive years, Flyerio may initiate deletion or anonymisation of the account and its associated personal data, provided that the information is no longer required for an ongoing booking, contractual obligation, legal obligation, dispute or other legitimate purpose.
Before deletion, Flyerio may review whether any information must be retained under applicable law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
13.2 Account Deletion Requested by the User
Users may request deletion of their account at any time by:
- Using the account deletion function available within the Flyerio application; or
- Sending a deletion request to hello@flyerio.com.
Flyerio will process valid deletion requests without undue delay.
Where the user has active bookings or unresolved booking-related matters, deletion of the account may be postponed to the extent necessary to manage those bookings, fulfil contractual obligations, resolve outstanding matters or protect the rights of the parties involved.
This does not prevent users from exercising their statutory data protection rights. Where personal data can be deleted without affecting an ongoing booking or legal obligation, Flyerio will delete that data without unnecessary delay.
13.3 Legal Retention Requirements
Deletion of an account does not necessarily mean that every record associated with that account can immediately be erased.
Under the Danish Bookkeeping Act, Flyerio may be required to retain accounting records for five (5) years from the end of the financial year to which the records relate.
Where such retention is legally required, the relevant information will be retained only for the required period, stored securely and used only for the applicable legal or accounting purposes. It will not be retained for ordinary account or marketing purposes.
Personal data that is no longer necessary and is not subject to a legal retention requirement will be deleted or anonymised.
13.4 Other Retention Periods
Certain information, including booking records, communications, security logs and dispute-related information, may be retained for different periods where necessary to fulfil contractual obligations, maintain platform security, comply with applicable legislation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Flyerio periodically reviews retained information to ensure that it is not kept longer than necessary.

Google Analytics is activated only after the required cookie consent has been obtained.
Analytics information is used to understand website performance and improve the user experience.
Where possible, Flyerio seeks to use aggregated or anonymised information for analytical purposes.

No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. However, Flyerio seeks to maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature and risks of the personal data processed.
17. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Flyerio may use automated technical processes to support platform functionality, including pricing calculations, availability displays, search results, booking workflows and account administration.
These processes may use information supplied by users or Operators and may generate indicative results or recommendations.
Flyerio does not intend to make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect individuals within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
Where this changes, Flyerio will provide the information and safeguards required by applicable data protection legislation.
18. Data Subject Rights
Under applicable data protection legislation, individuals may have the following rights in relation to their personal data:
18.1 Right of Access
You may request confirmation of whether Flyerio processes personal data about you and obtain a copy of that information.

18.4 Right to Restriction of Processing
You may request that Flyerio restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
18.5 Right to Data Portability
Where applicable, you may request to receive personal data that you have provided to Flyerio in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or request that it be transmitted to another controller.
18.6 Right to Object
You may object to certain processing activities based on legitimate interests.
You have an unconditional right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
18.7 Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
18.8 Exercising Your Rights
You may exercise your rights by contacting:
Email: hello@flyerio.com
Flyerio may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect personal data against unauthorised disclosure.
We will respond to requests within the time limits required by applicable data protection legislation, generally within one month of receiving the request. This period may be extended where permitted by law.
18.9 Account Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their Flyerio account directly through the application or by contacting hello@flyerio.com.
Account deletion requests will be handled without undue delay.
Where certain information must be retained to comply with legal obligations, including statutory accounting requirements, Flyerio may retain that specific information while deleting or anonymising the remaining personal data where possible.
The right to request account deletion is separate from the right to request erasure under Article 17 GDPR. The latter remains subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in applicable data protection legislation.
19. Personal Data Relating to Third Parties
Users may submit personal data relating to other individuals when using the Flyerio platform.
This may include passenger details, contact information or other information necessary for a flight enquiry or booking.
Users submitting such information are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate legal basis to provide the information and that the relevant individuals are informed where required by applicable law.
Flyerio processes such information only for relevant platform, booking, communication, operational and legal purposes.
Individuals whose personal data has been submitted by another user may contact Flyerio at hello@flyerio.com to exercise their applicable data protection rights or request further information about the processing of their personal data.
20. External Links and Third-Party Websites
The Flyerio website or platform may contain links to external websites, applications or services operated by third parties.
Flyerio is not responsible for the privacy practices, content or security of external websites or services.
When accessing a third-party website or service, you should review its applicable privacy policy and terms.
21. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Flyerio may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technical infrastructure, business operations or applicable legislation.
The latest version will be made available on the Flyerio website or through the relevant application.
Where changes are material, Flyerio may provide additional notice through the platform or by email where appropriate.
The date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was most recently updated.
