Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Flyerio website, how you can accept or reject what is optional, and how you can change that choice later.

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files a site stores on your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They can remember a setting, keep a session, or, where a site uses them, measure visits or support advertising. This policy uses “cookie” to cover those technologies as well.
2. Why Flyerio Uses Cookies
Cookies are often grouped as:
- Strictly necessary, which are required for a choice you make or for a service you ask for.
- Preferences, which remember optional settings.
- Analytics, which measure how a site is used.
- Marketing, which support advertising or campaign measurement.
On this website, Flyerio sets one strictly necessary cookie. It remembers the cookie choice you make in the banner or in Cookie Settings. Form pages also load Google reCAPTCHA v3 so a submission can be checked for spam before it is emailed. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 can set its own cookies to measure visits. Preference and marketing cookies are not installed.
3. Cookie Inventory
The table lists technologies this website’s code sets. It was prepared from the implementation, not from a guessed vendor list. When a cookie is added or removed, the table is updated in the same release, using the name, provider, purpose, category, and duration from the code. A vendor that has only been discussed is not added.
| Cookie or technology | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration | Consent required |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| flyerio_consent | Flyerio | Stores the cookie choice for this browser, including a rejection of non-essential cookies | Strictly necessary | 180 days, or until you clear it | No. It records the choice itself. |
| _ga | Distinguishes visitors for Google Analytics 4 on the marketing website | Analytics | Up to 2 years, or until you withdraw analytics consent or clear it | Yes. Set only after you allow analytics. | |
| _ga_BGDP8JS53V | Stores Google Analytics 4 session state for G-BGDP8JS53V | Analytics | Up to 2 years, or until you withdraw analytics consent or clear it | Yes. Set only after you allow analytics. | |
| Google reCAPTCHA v3 | Scores a form submission so automated spam can be rejected before an email is sent. This website loads https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js on pages with a form. Google may store its own reCAPTCHA cookie from that script. | Strictly necessary for submitting a form | Chosen by Google. This website does not set the expiry. | No. The form cannot be submitted without it when the site key is configured. Rejecting analytics does not turn it off. |
Google Tag Manager (GTM-WZLS7447) is included in the initial page in every environment, including local development. Consent Mode starts with analytics and advertising storage denied. The container loads before a cookie choice. Analytics events are sent only after you allow analytics. That container loads Google Analytics 4 (G-BGDP8JS53V). The website does not load a second Google Analytics tag. Fonts are included with the website. The contact, partnership, coming soon, and careers forms do not set their own cookies. Those pages load Google reCAPTCHA v3 when a public site key is configured. Form events sent to analytics do not include your name, email address, telephone number, or message.
Confirm before publication:cookies set by the production host, a content-delivery network, or any future booking or payment page that is not in this website Re-check the live domain, including after login and during a booking, before treating this inventory as complete for the whole product.
4. Consent Management
The banner offers three choices at the same level:
- Accept all.
- Reject non-essential.
- Manage preferences.
Reject non-essential is on the first screen. You do not have to open another menu to refuse optional cookies. Optional categories are off until you turn them on. Closing the page, scrolling, or ignoring the banner is not treated as consent. No analytics cookie is set and no analytics event is sent before you allow analytics. If you reject non-essential cookies, analytics storage stays denied. The website continues to work.
Accept all allows analytics. Google Tag Manager then sends Google Analytics 4 events. It also stores a choice for preference and marketing, but those categories do not load a cookie. If you withdraw analytics consent later, further analytics events stop and the Google Analytics cookies this site can remove are cleared. The necessary cookie is updated. It is not left in the old state.
The choice is stored in flyerio_consent for 180 days. That record is the consent record for this browser. It does not identify you by name.
5. Changing Your Preferences
Cookie Settings in the footer reopens the same preferences. You can change or withdraw permission for the optional categories there. Browser controls can also delete flyerio_consent. Deleting it brings the banner back on the next visit. Browser settings are an extra control, not a replacement for Cookie Settings.
6. Third-Party Technologies
Google Tag Manager (GTM-WZLS7447) is loaded with Consent Mode. It sends Google Analytics 4 (G-BGDP8JS53V) events only after you allow analytics. Analytics is used to understand how the marketing website is used, including pages viewed and whether a form was successfully submitted. Form pages load Google reCAPTCHA v3 to score the submission. The token is checked on the server before an email is sent. Google’s privacy information is at https://policies.google.com/privacy and its terms are at https://policies.google.com/terms. No advertising tag is activated.
