Flyerio

Operator requirements

Safety starts with verified operators.

Flyerio works with professional aviation operators whose documentation and operating credentials are reviewed before they are approved to offer flights through the platform.

Our goal is to create a marketplace where customers, brokers, and operators can connect with greater confidence and transparency.

Our requirements

Every operator must meet our requirements.

Before an operator is approved on Flyerio, we review relevant documentation to establish that the company and its operations meet the applicable requirements for the services they intend to offer.

Operator verification

A structured review of the operator, its documentation, and the aircraft offered through Flyerio.

  1. 01

    Operating certificates

We review the operator’s Air Operator Certificate (AOC), where required, and relevant operating approvals to establish that the operator is authorised to conduct the proposed commercial operations.

  2. 02

    Operating permissions

We check relevant licences, authorisations, and operating permissions for the intended services and jurisdictions, as applicable.

  3. 03

    Insurance

We review relevant insurance documentation to confirm that the operator has the required cover for its operations.

  4. 04

    Aircraft documentation

We review relevant aircraft documentation and applicable certificates for the aircraft being offered through Flyerio.

  5. 05

    Company information

We verify relevant company registration details and business information to establish the identity of the operator.

What is reviewed depends on the operator, the aircraft, the type of operation, and the jurisdiction. Operators remain responsible for their aircraft, crew, insurance, certificates, permissions, and operational compliance. Flyerio is a technology marketplace connecting customers and brokers with independent operators. It does not operate aircraft or provide air transportation.

The verification process

A clear process from submission to approval.

  1. 01

    Submit your information

Provide your company details and the documentation with our automated onboarding flow on the sign up page.

  2. 02

    Documentation review

Flyerio reviews the submitted documents and operating credentials. If information is missing or clarification is needed, the operator may be asked to provide additional documentation.

  3. 03

    Approval and activation

Once the required checks have been completed and the operator has been approved, the operator can be activated on Flyerio in accordance with the platform’s onboarding process.

Documentation must remain valid and up to date. Additional information may be requested where necessary.

Built on trust

A better marketplace starts with the right operators.

Flyerio connects customers and brokers with independent aviation operators. Our verification process is an important part of building a professional network where documentation, transparency, and operational responsibility matter.
