Flyerio is building a modern digital platform for private aviation, connecting customers, professional brokers and aircraft operators through one marketplace.
Our ambition is to make private aviation more accessible and connected through technology, while building strong relationships with the professionals and companies that make the industry work.
We’re a growing company with an ambitious vision, and we’re looking for someone who understands the private charter industry and wants to help shape the future of Flyerio.
The role
As our Broker & Operator Partnerships Manager, you will play an important role in expanding Flyerio’s international network of professional brokers and aircraft operators.
Your main focus will be identifying and approaching potential partners, introducing them to Flyerio and demonstrating the opportunities our platform offers.
You will be involved throughout the partnership journey, from initial conversations and commercial discussions to agreements, onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
You will also work closely with existing partners, helping them get the most out of Flyerio while collecting feedback and communicating opportunities for improvement to our development team.
This is a hands-on commercial role where you will work directly with the founders and have the opportunity to influence how Flyerio develops its partnerships and grows internationally.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential brokers and aircraft operators to introduce Flyerio and develop new partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective partners across the private aviation industry.
- Arrange and conduct online and in-person meetings, including meetings with larger brokerage offices and operators.
- Manage partnership discussions, coordinate agreements and help onboard new partners onto the Flyerio platform.
- Support existing brokers and operators, helping them get the most out of the platform.
- Gather feedback from partners, identify opportunities for improvement and communicate relevant input to our development team.
- Work closely with the founders on Flyerio’s commercial growth and expansion into new markets.
What we’re looking for
- Experience or a strong understanding of the private charter aviation industry.
- Experience in aviation operations, charter sales, brokerage, business development or a similar commercial role.
- Good communication skills and confidence in building relationships and approaching new businesses.
- An interest in developing partnerships and presenting new opportunities to potential customers.
- An organised and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable using everyday digital tools, CRM systems and business software.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
We particularly value candidates with existing relationships among private jet brokers, charter companies and aircraft operators. However, we are also interested in meeting candidates with relevant industry experience and the motivation to build those relationships.
Nice to have
- An established network within the private charter industry.
- Experience with aviation software, booking platforms or charter management systems.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of AI tools and how they can improve everyday workflows.
- Additional language skills, particularly Spanish or French.
- Experience with international business development or partnership management.
What you can expect
At Flyerio, we want to create a working environment where employees feel valued, trusted and involved in the company’s development.

What we offer:
- Flexible working: The opportunity to work from home with flexibility in how you organise your working environment.
- Modern equipment: A new MacBook from the latest generation to support your daily work.

- A company that values its employees: We believe people should be treated with respect, trusted with responsibility and recognised for their contributions.
- A small, close-knit team: Work directly with the founders and colleagues in an organisation where people know each other and their contributions matter.
- A flat organisation: Direct communication, short decision-making processes and access to the people making the decisions. No unnecessary management layers.
- Real responsibility: Take ownership of your partnerships and play an important role in expanding Flyerio’s international network.
- Room to influence: Your ideas and industry knowledge can directly influence the development of our platform and business.
- Professional development: Develop your skills and take on new responsibilities as Flyerio grows.
